Certificat de Français
Professionnel
Advanced students (usually those who have completed the Commercial French
class) may take the
Certificat de Français
Professionnel (CFP) or
the Diplôme de Français Avancé (DFA).
The diploma is issued upon the successful completion of the tests, both of which are issued by the International Chamber of Paris, certifies the holder's ability to function in a French-speaking professional environment. SMU students taking the tests enjoy a more than 90% success rate.
